1/2 cup light vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat or low-fat milk, evaporated low-fat milk, or almond milk
1 1/4 cups coarsely chopped frozen strawberries
1 1/2 tablespoons sliced almonds or chopped walnuts (optional)
sugar substitute equal to 2 tablespoons sugar
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more milk if needed.
2. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
