Shrimp with Spicy Cocktail Sauce

Yield: 8 servings

1 pound peeled (tail-on) steamed shrimp

SAUCE
3/4 cup ketchup or chili sauce
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6 to 8 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)

1. Combine all of the sauce ingredients, and stir to mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2. Arrange the shrimp on a serving platter accompanied by the sauce.
