By Sandra Woodruff

 Printer friendly page

Yield: 5 servings

3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup nonfat or light sour cream
1 cup sliced bananas
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds

1. Combine the honey and orange juice concentrate in a small bowl and stir to mix. Add the sour cream and stir to mix well. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

2. To assemble the desserts, combine the fruits and toss to mix. Divide the fruit between five 8-ounce dishes. Top the fruit in each dish with about 3 tablespoons of the sour cream mixture and a sprinkling of almonds. Serve immediately.
