1 1/2 tablespoons light garlic-&-herb or chive-&-onion cream cheese spread
2 ounces thinly sliced roasted turkey breast
1 ounce thinly sliced reduced-fat Swiss cheese
4 marinated artichoke quarters, drained
4 to 6 large fresh spinach leaves
1. Place the bread slices on a flat surface and spread each one with some of the cream cheese.

Top one bread slice with the turkey, Swiss cheese, artichoke hearts,
and spinach leaves. Top with the remaining bread slice and cut the
sandwich in half. Serve immediately.
