4 cups sliced fresh strawberries, diced peaches, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons nonfat or light sour cream or low-fat Greek-style yogurt
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Place 1/3 cup of the fruit in each of six 8-ounce wine glasses or
goblets. Top the fruit in each glass with 1 1/2 tablespoons of sour
cream and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
2. Repeat the fruit, sour cream, and brown sugar layers. Top each serving with some of the almonds, and serve immediately.
