Quick Frozen Fruit Whip

Yield: 1 serving

 

1 cup coarsely chopped frozen fruit such as strawberries, peaches, blueberries, or pitted sweet cherries

2 tablespoons nonfat or light sour cream or Greek-style yogurt

Sugar substitute equal to 1-2 tablespoons sugar

 

1. Place all of the ingredients in a mini food processor (about 3 cup capacity) and process for a minute or two, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth.

 

2. Transfer to an 8-ounce wine glass or serving dish and serve immediately.
