Citrus Cream Floats

Yield: 4 servings

 

2 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream*

1 1/3 cups orange juice

 

1. Place a half-cup scoop of the ice cream in each of four 8-ounce wine glasses. Pour 1/3 cup of orange juice over the ice cream in each glass.

 

2. Stir to lightly blend the ice cream and juice. Serve immediately.
