Nut 'n Honey Dip
By Sandra Woodruff

 Printer friendly page

Yield: about 1 2/3 cups

1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 to 1/3 cup honey
8 ounce-block nonfat or reduced-fat (Neufchatel) cream cheese
2 tablespoons nonfat or low-fat milk

1. Place the peanut butter and honey in a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in the cream cheese, and then the milk. Add a little more milk if the mixture seems too thick.

2. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with sliced apples and pears, chunks of banana and fresh pineapple, and whole fresh strawberries. (Dip the apple slices, pear slices, and banana chunks in orange or pineapple juice to prevent browning.)
