Tartar Sauce with Capers & Dill

Yield: about 2/3 cup

1/2 cup nonfat or light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon very finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon well drained capers
1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickle

1. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl and stir to mix. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

2. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
