12 ounces (3 cups) fresh or frozen cranberries
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped unpeeled red apples
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
1/3 to 1/2 cup Splenda
1. Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, and process until finely chopped.
2. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
