Cool Cappuccino Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving

1/4 cup chilled strong black coffee or espresso
1/4 cup evaporated nonfat or low-fat milk
3/4 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons crushed ice
2 tablespoons Splenda
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

TOPPINGS (optional)
3 tablespoons whipped light cream
1/2 teaspoon ground dark chocolate

1. Place the coffee or espresso, milk, ice cream, ice, Splenda, and cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a 12-ounce glass. Top with some whipped cream and chocolate if desired, and serve immediately.
