12 small whole grain or sourdough dinner rolls
1. Slice the tops off the rolls and scoop out the centers leaving a slightly less than 1/2-inch thick shell.
2. Fill each hollowed-out roll with some of the spread. Replace the top, or leave the sandwiches open-faced. Serve immediately.
