24 thin slices (3 1/2-inch rounds) smoked or honey-roasted turkey breast lunchmeat (about 12 ounces)
24 marinarated artichoke heart quarters, drained
1. Lay a slice of turkey out on a flat surface and place an artichoke
piece over the bottom of the slice. Roll the slice up to enclose
the filling.
2. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 24 roll-ups. Arrange
on a lettuce lined serving plate and serve immediately. Or cover and
refrigerate until ready to serve.
