Caesar Chicken & Pasta Salad (#1)

Yield: 4 servings

12 cups torn romaine lettuce
4 ounces whole grain penne pasta, cooked al dente and chilled (about 3 cups cooked)
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
4 slices red onion, cut into quarter-rings
3/4 cup Creamy Caesar Dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups diced cooked chicken breast

1. Place the lettuce, pasta, tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to mix. Add the Parmesan and toss again.

2. Divide the salad between 4 serving plates and top each serving with a quarter of the chicken. Serve immediately.
