Peaches & Crème Smoothie

Yield; 1 serving

3/4 cup frozen diced peaches
1/2 cup nonfat or low-fat milk or evaporated low-fat milk
1/2 cup light vanilla yogurt
Sugar substitute equal to 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon wheat germ or sliced almonds (optional)

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more milk if needed.

2. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
