This simple beverage is a spa cuisine favorite. It's perfect for chilling out on a hot summer day.
1. Fill a pitcher about 1/3 full with thin slices of unpeeled cucumber (use the unwaxed kind). Fill the pitcher with water.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours. Strain and serve cold.
