1 pound 95% lean ground beef
1/4 cup oat bran
1/2 cup very finely chopped yellow onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
SAUCE
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

mustard, parsley, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well with a potato
masher and shape into 4 patties.
