Yield: 8 servings
3 ounces whole wheat thin spaghetti, broken into 3-inch pieces and cooked al dente
1/2 cup sliced scallions
2/3 cup frozen green peas, thawed
5 cups broccoli slaw (12-ounce bag)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3/4 cup ready-made light Asian salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the dressing in a large
bowl. Add the dressing and sprinkle with the pepper and toss to mix.
2. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
