 Printer friendly page

Yield: about 2 cups

1 1/2 cups broken pecans
1/3 cup honey
pinch sea salt

1. Place the pecans, honey, and salt in a large nonstick skillet and place over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 4 to 5 minutes or until the pecans are golden brown and nicely glazed.

2. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the nuts on the sheet to cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator or freezer to maintain freshness.
