Cool Frappuccino

Yield: 1 serving

 

1/3 cup chilled espresso or strong black coffee

1/2 cup evaporated nonfat or low-fat milk

3/4 cup crushed ice

2 tablespoons no-added-sugar chocolate milk mix (such as sugar-free Nestlé’s Quick) or reduced-sugar chocolate syrup

 

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for about a minute or until smooth and frothy.

 

2. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
