Mixed Berry Muesli

Yield: 1 serving
1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (thawed and undrained)
3/4 cup light vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons uncooked old-fashioned oats
1 tablespoon wheat germ (raw or toasted)
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
