Blueberry-Walnut Parfaits

Yield:  4 servings

1 1/2 cups low-fat Greek style yogurt (plain or vanilla flavor)
1 1/4 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons honey

1. Place 3 tablespoons of the yogurt in each of four 8-ounce wine glasses. Layer on 2 1/2 tablespoons of blueberries, 1/2 tablespoon of walnuts and 1 teaspoon of honey.

2. Repeat the layers and serve immediately.
